Before the update, make sure that the battery level of both the earphones and charging case is at least 20% (for FreeBuds Pro, the battery level must be at least 30%; for FreeBuds Studio, at least 10%). Keep the earphones inside the charging case and leave the case open. Do not use the earphones while they are updating.
